What are the Main Uses of Ppr Pipe Peeling Tools?

• Pre-treatment for hot melt connection: remove the oxide layer or impurities on the pipe surface to ensure the tightness of hot melt welding.
• Repair or renovation: remove the damaged layer or aged surface of the old pipe to facilitate re-wrapping or coating.

1. Select Size: Match the tool’s blade to your PPR pipe diameter (e.g., 20-25mm, 32-40mm).
2. Insert Pipe: Slide the tool onto the pipe end, aligning the blade 1-2 cm from the tip.
3. Rotate & Peel: Grip the tool firmly and twist it 360° around the pipe to strip the outer layer.
4. Check & Clean: Ensure a smooth, burr-free finish; wipe off debris.
