What is Angle Valve?

An angle valve (also called angle stop valve or angle isolation valve) is a small shut-off valve with inlet and outlet ports at 90 degrees, typically used to control water/gas flow to appliances (e.g., sinks, toilets) in plumbing systems.

Function

1.Connection and transfer:
Transfer the female thread water outlet reserved in the wall or on the ground to an male thread water outlet to connect the water inlet hose of the faucet, hose, washing machine, water heater, toilet tank, etc.

2.Water flow control switch:
The water flow to a water-using device can be easily turned on or off through a handle (usually a wrench type or a knob type). This is its most basic and important function.

3.Independently control water supply for equipment:
Provide a dedicated switch for each water-using equipment (such as kitchen sink, wash basin, toilet, water heater, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.).

4.Insurance function:

If the hose connecting the equipment or the equipment itself bursts or leaks, quickly closing the corresponding angle valve can stop the damage in time, prevent flooding, and reduce losses.

Common installation locations

1. In the cabinet under the kitchen sink: usually there are 2 (hot and cold) or 1 (cold water), connected to the faucet.
2. In the cabinet under the wash basin in the bathroom: usually there are 2 (hot and cold), connected to the basin faucet.
3. On the wall or ground next to the toilet tank: usually 1 (cold water), connected to the toilet tank water inlet hose.
4. Near the cold water inlet pipe and hot water outlet pipe of the water heater (gas, electric, solar): usually 1 each (cold in, hot out).
5. On the wall near the water inlet of the washing machine: usually 1 (cold water).
6. Near the water inlet of the dishwasher (may be shared with the sink or set separately): usually 1 (cold water).
7. In front of water purifiers, small kitchen treasures and other equipment: used to control the water inlet of these equipment separately.

4) testing the sealing in pressure and checking quality of the goods

6) deliveing the goods on time .
